Deniz moved to Hampton Roads in 2006. His family is originally from Afyon, Turkey but he was born in raised in Frankfurt and Bremen, Germany. He graduated with an Engineering Degree from The University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, Germany, prior to moving to Hampton Roads. In 2011 he started flipping houses and established his own business – Uzel Homes est. in 2011, which made him decide to become a licensed real estate agent in 2013. Deniz’ experiences with Selling and Buying of Properties make him extremely knowledgeable about the Hampton Roads area. Deniz has experience with all types of Residential Homes, no matter Buying or Selling he excels on both sides of the transaction, involving all types of properties, LUXURY homes, STARTER homes and INVESTMENT properties which make him extremely knowledgeable about the Hampton Roads market. He has a strong network that encompasses all types of real estate areas and needs, and he is dedicated to giving back to his community.
